Our Operator-Owner

Hello,
My name is Cristhian López and I’ve recently taken the position as the new owner of the Coyote Flaco Restaurant. My Father, the original owner, started this restaurant chain years ago along with other family members; throughout these years he’s taught me and my siblings all that we know to maintain a happy and successful business. Now that the family business has been passed down onto me, I want to take the opportunity to incorporate my own ideas and creations while delivering the same tasty food and joyful experience for both customers and employees.
